At Where the Heart Is Homes, we believe everyone deserves a second chance — and a place to call home. Based right here in Jackson County, Ohio, we’re more than just a real estate investment and renovation company; we’re a community-driven business built on empathy, experience, and a whole lot of heart.

Our in-house renovation team is made up of skilled workers who know what it means to rebuild — not just homes, but lives. Many of our crew members are individuals who are freshly sober or rebuilding after incarceration. We give them an opportunity to prove their worth, gain experience, and earn a living without the stigma that too often shuts doors before they even open.

This mission is personal to me. As someone who has walked the road of recovery, I know firsthand how hard it can be to get a fair chance — to be seen for who you are becoming, not who you were. Through this company, I want to create homes and opportunities that restore hope and dignity, one project at a time.
